Shortcut keys don't work as you like them to be? You can change them. We will walk you through how, using an example of assigning Ctrl+Alt+P to "Print Preview" function.
Open the Customize Dialog by "View" -> "Toolbars" -> "Customize"、
You can also access it by right-clicking on the Toolbar and select "Customize".
Select the tab "Keyboard", and search for "Print Preview" on the "Command" pull-down list.
If a shortcut has already been assigned (appear in "Current"), select it and click on "Remove" to disassociate it.
Then, enter the "Press New Shortcut Key" box and while maintaining the [Ctrl] key, press [Alt] and [P].
Check that the following message displays : "Assigned to: [Unassigned]", and then click on "Assign". Then, click on "Close" to end the setup.
※When entering a key combination that is already assigned to a command, this command will appear instead of "[Unassigned]". In this case, please enter another key combination or disassociate the key and try again.
You can check the default shortcuts here.
Let's make sure if it was done properly. Press simultaneously [Ctrl], [Alt] and [P]. The Print Preview dialog should show up, displaying the currently active tab. That's it!
