Before you post anything or opening a new topic, please first search the forum and release notes on our website to see if your question or request is known and a solution exists. Please visit our user guides as well. Please understand that we generally will not provide any personal support via e-mail or phone call.
The forums are organized in topics. Create one topic and only one topic for each subject you want to discuss. When submitting a new post, please make sure it is related to the topic where you are posting. If you have multiple subjects, then please post separately in the appropriate topics.
Please use a handle that is different from others' and use it consistently.
Please make sure to write subject lines that are easy-to-understand and to-the-point.
