hello everybody I'm new here,

having a problem when I go to the HMV website,
I would like to be able to listen to music tracks on the site
before deciding whether to buy said items,
the site offers to install the missing sound plugin but
every time I try to install the plugin it fails,
are the sites plugins unsuitable for lunascape6 or
should I be using lunascape plugins,

I am using lunascape6 on windows 7 32bit.

Thanks for using Lunascape.

You CAN listen to the music track when using the Trident engine with Lunascape.
However, your problem happens when you're using the Gecko engine because the missing plug-in, which is Windows Media Player 11, does not support the plug-in for Firefox with Windows 7 OS. You would get the same result when using the Firefox. Therefore, I'd simply suggest you to use the Trident engine for the HMV site.
