I installed Lunascape 6 a few days ago, and i have to say it's very quick, is clear to use, and has some great features but....so far just one bug i'm having.

I use in IE 8 plug-in called HP Smart Web Printing, it's a great little tool that lets you highlight parts of a web page that you want to print, but places all that's been collected into one page, thus saving paper.

My problem with the plug-in is, when you click onto the 'selection' button of the application, nothing is happens, although the program has started up and is sitting in a pane to the left of Lunascape's browser window.

Does anyone have this plug-in working ok, and if so, how did they get it to work, or, should it be installed after installing Lunascape 6.

Any help would be grateful.

Unfortunately, it seems that the HP Smart Web Printing is not compatible with Lunascape v6.0. I'll double check with the dev team if there is any way to work it out, or if not, a reason why it won't work (mostly IE and FF add-ons work well with Lunascape). It might be something to do with HP Smart Web Printing not supporting FF 3.6...but I cannot say this is the cause...

Please check this topic time to time. I'll post a response from the dev team upon its availability.

Would you try the following steps to see if it works?
1. Uninstall the current HP Smart Web Printing installed
2. Launch Lunascape. Go to Lunascape Settings>General Settings
3. Change your default engine to Gecko. Restart Lunascape.
4. Download the HP Smart Web Printing (http://www.hp.com/global/us/en/consumer/digital_photography/free/software/smart-web-printing.html?jumpid=ex_r602_go/swp)
5. Go to View>Gecko Tool Bar
6. Gecko Tool Bar will shown. Click the Gecko Icon drop-down menu.
7. Go to Sidebar>HP Smart Printing

If the above won't work well, try "Extended Mode (Gecko)"
