Is it possible to change the font type and size on webpages? If so, how?

I primarily use the Gecko engine, if it matters.

Thanks for using Lunascape. Yes, you can change your font and size from the Lunascape Settings > Rendering Engines > Gecko > Gecko Options... In the Gecko Options window, select the Content tab. Under the "Fonts & Colors" section, you can choose your preferred font and size.
