Symantec recently introduced Norton 360 v5.0. With their previous version, v4.3, the safe search feature worked perfectly. When searching the web this product placed a green arrow at the end of each line that it determined to be a safe listing. This feature works well with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. It worked well with Lunascape6 and Symantec's earlier release of this anti-virus software.

Please examine Lunascape6 and reinstate the ability to use Norton Safe Search with the new release.

I am afraid to tell you that we cannot guarantee Lunascape will work fine with the Norton 360 unless they insure that it supports Lunascape.

While most of the program built for IE or FF will work with the Trident or Gecko engine in Lunascape, there are cases that they do not. It all depends on how their program is programmed and user environment that Lunascape is installed to. Hope you'll understand.
