My proposal is such that the "Highlighted Menu" always showed up when you hover on the selected text. Currently, after driving away the mouse outside the selected field is gone and you need a new mark (there is no possibility of recall).

Do you mean the below menu as "highlighted menu"?

So, here is the menu I mean. You can not call it again and disappear and you need to re-select the text / word to get there.

Why do you drive away from the menu if you wanted to use it? Just out of the curiosity...
