(2)Rendering engine, WebKit specific issue.
(3)No new plug-ins or add-ons installed.
(4)What is the issue (please decribe in detail to the extent possible)? Switching to Webkit engine in a tab or selecting Tools > Lunascape Settings > General Settings > WebKit Options [button] results in Lunascape program crash every time. Does the same on different computers. I have a portable USB install of Lunascape. Trident and Gecko engines work perfectly well.
(5)What actions triggers this issue? Rendering Webkit.
What is the frequency of the issue? Every attempt.
When did it first happen? Right after installation.
(6)Brand, Model, and Version of Mouse Driver, if Mouse related issueappen? Not mouse related.
(7)Any other informtion you feel relevant: Happens on my Windows XP PC at home and a Windows NT Workstation at workplace. Installation was downloaded from: http://r13.letitbit.net/download100/335 ... e.info.rar (64.64 MB)
When switching to WebKit engine in a tab I do briefly see a small popup box that says "WebKit Initializing" just before crash.

Hi vwchest, thanks for using Lunascape. We'd like to ask you to reinstall Webkit via fixing mode. Here is how.
1. If you still have the installer that is the exact version of what you have, please launch it. That make it launch as fixing mode. It should confirm if you'd like to add/delete/fix something. If you've deleted the installer, go to our website (http://www.lunascape.tv/Download/tabid/59/Default.aspx)
2. At the dialog of component selection, de-select Webkit engine. (take the check off of Webkit)
3. Follow through the install wizard - that will uninstall your current Webkit engine.
4. When it's completed, launch Lunascape browser and switch to Webkit - that will re-install Webkit engine.

Let us know if this doesn't work.

same webkit problem here. I'll try the solution given.

After a complete uninstall-fresh download-install it now works fine!

Downloaded installer from link provided, did a clean install, and the webkit renderer worked right the first time. No need for fix.
The problem apparently arose from the installer package from the other website not Lunascape.
Lunascape has done an extraordinary job with its browser. Its a technical marvel, work of art, and a dead on tool for the web browsing community. Thanks for your help and your work!
