i need a bit of help with im usage lunascape doesnt allow me to use some of the services and nearly always gives me an error message when loading

In order to figure out issues, can you tell us your environment ? Go to Help>About Lunascape and please copy the system information. Also, let us know which engine you use when you have this problem, and some example of im you use.

Oh, and I'd like to move this topic to troubleshooting for others' benefit, if that's ok.

error message i get says the following:
