Hi!

How do I add a folder of URL links which I have elsewhere to the Lunascape linkbar?

Hi David, thanks for using Lunascape.
Probably the easiest way is to do it on the sidebar. You can bring up the sidebar with alt + 4. Then go to Favorite tab. You can move any folder of your choice under "link bar", then you will see the folder at link bar.
