disengaging ticker

is it possible to turn off the ticker? For me, the moving type is just a distraction and I have no desire to read it. Also, it seems to cut into the amount of space available for tabs.

PS Thanks for simplifying the confirmation code! I guess I spoke too soon -- I've tried three versions of what I think it says and each of them is "incorrect"!

Hi Tony in New Jersey,
Yes, you can take the ticker off at Tools>Lunascape Settings>RSS>Ticker.
De-select "Show ticker on the right side of tabs". That's it and it won't bother you any more.

In terms of the confirmation code, we understand it is annoying. We'll have to ask you, however, to bear with us, as it is the level that is working well against spam.

thanks for the directions about the ticker -- I had forgotten that I asked. And the confirmation code is a lot more user-friendly now.
