I wonder if you can help me.

I cannot shut down Lunascape. I've only had this installed a few weeks.
I get this message:-

"failed to open - ........../Appfile.xml"

I have Microsoft Vista as an OS.

I tried re-installing another version, this has hasn't helped.

I am afraid of losing all my bookmarks and cannot work out a way of exporting them into a temporary browser.

1) Could you please advise how to export bookmarks, into another browser. Then re-import once the lunascape browser fixed.
2) Identify, what may be the problem with the browser.

Thanks for using Lunascape.

Would you please clarify that your issue is you cannot open Lunascape, not shut down?

1) If you can launch the Lunascape, here is the how-tos on importing/exporting Favorites.
2) Do you know when the issue started? Was it working fine at the initial installation? Did you install any add-ons, which might caused Lunascape to jam? Do you have the RoboForm installed? Any security software?
